Reporting an error
The single most useful message you can send us is a correction. Give us the page, the claim, and what you believe the right answer is — ideally with a source.
Our editorial policy commits us to checking it against the primary source, fixing it if we are wrong, and noting on the page that it was corrected. Anything touching safety — a temperature, a timing, a clearance — gets fixed the same day it is confirmed.
A note on our contact details
We publish one email address and no phone number, because email is the only channel we can genuinely answer. We would rather give you one route that works than a phone number nobody picks up.
